Taf’s interest in dentistry was sparked by his sister who thought it would be more exciting than her life as a GP. She was right! He studied at the University of Zimbabwe and graduated in 2011.He worked for some years in private practice and community dentistry before moving to the UK. In a quest to provide his patients with varied choices and better treatment outcomes, he has undergone extensive postgraduate training within the UK. He has a special interest in Endodontics, which is the treatment of the root canal of a tooth. To this end, he has attained a Post Graduate Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Chester. He is also studying for a Masters in Advanced Restorative Dentistry from the University of Manchester and has attended multiple Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses to enhance his skills. His passion is caring and patient focused dentistry with joy at its core. He is happily married with two young and energetic children. In between work and family, he enjoys spending time reading, hosting friends and attending his local church.
